In March 2026, Feasible Space LLC will partner with AfroGlobal Travel for a service-based initiative in Cartagena, Colombia, centered around one of the world’s most pressing human rights: access to clean water.
In many parts of Cartagena, clean drinking water remains an unstable and unequal resource. Families rely on expensive bottled water or unsafe tap systems. The lack of reliable clean water impacts education, health, and economic opportunity — particularly for Black and Afro-Colombian communities historically underserved by infrastructure.
Our Mission:
To install sustainable water desalination systems in targeted neighborhoods — not just dropping off tech, but ensuring it’s:
• Culturally responsive
• Locally maintained
• Educationally integrated
This project is about technology for the people, not to the people.
We’re proud to collaborate with AfroGlobal Travel (www.afroglobaltravel.com), whose commitment to ethical tourism and cultural exchange brings purpose to every passport stamp. Volunteers and STEM ambassadors joining the trip will:
• Assist in system installation.
• Lead water education workshops with local students.
• Explore Cartagena’s vibrant Afro-Colombian history and innovation.
Why It Matters:
This isn’t a charity trip — it’s a blueprint for what it looks like when social enterprise, global learning, and engineering join forces. We call that STEM-in-ism: inclusive, actionable, community-rooted science.
Stay tuned for updates, partner spotlights, and ways to get involved.
Because clean water shouldn’t be a luxury — and feasible solutions should reach every shore.
